We absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and public areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the lobby and the second-floor terrace with its beautiful views. We also appreciated the convenient location in the center of the city, making transportation a breeze. The breakfast was delicious, and we couldn't ask for more friendly and accommodating staff.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

It was a simple hotel (we had a basic room) but the rooms were clean and the location is unbeatable - between Brava and Mansa beaches - each about a 5 minute walk away

Located in the heart of a traditional area with plenty of amenities nearby, this hotel is a good base for exploring the region. the rooms are cozy, clean, and well equipped with useful amenities such as cable TV, a small fridge, and air conditioning. the staff members are generally very helpful, and the breakfast spread is tasty and varied, with Uruguayan pastries and coffee. the hotel has some nice facilities, including a terrace with a great view.
One downside is that the hotel seems somewhat dated in places.

Most central and ideal location one can get in the center of the peninsula in Punta del Este for the lowest price. Basic hotel with basic rooms and basic staff. Pay a bit more in this hotel to get a room with airco during the hot summer season. Bus stop in front of the door and and a market place with artesanal things for sale.
Do not expect anymore than basics in this hotel. It is only quiet between 3 and 6 AM on the street, so if you can't sleep with traffic noise there might be a problem for you. If you are lucky to be able to connect to the Wifi just forget about it, there is no speed and the computer in the lobby is very slow as well. We complained, staff said they were working on it since 2 days but after 2 days more it still wasn't solved. Staff is just doing basics, no more, no less. For us they seemed to live in their own world and hotel clients do not seem to fit in, only the hotel system itself. Staff will give you an answer but seems not interested to provide solutions for client whishes and desires. Price is too high but the cheapest you will find.

Best location possible, few blocks from the Atlantic, the river, artists market, major shopping, 6 blocks from bus, in the heart of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well run. Can walk to everything from here.
The shower is very small but sufficient. Our room fronted the street so street noise was somewhat bothersome in the evening and early morning.

The hotel offered basic amenities that were tidy and appropriate for a short city break. The location of the hotel was amazing, as it was within walking distance to many key attractions in the region. The staff was really accommodating and amicable.
The hotel could really use some improvements as it felt a bit outdated. The breakfast was not anything special, really basic, and not included in the price.

Very close to downtown, acess to the bus station and lots of stores and restaurantes.
When you had a shower it would wet half of the bathroom.

Construction was going on at the hotel without warning. Work was being done (extremely loud) until 9 pm at night.

The hotel was very well located, just a short walk away from the main attractions and the beach. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially liked the fact that the rooms had refrigerators and TVs with cable channels, which made my stay even more comfortable. the hotel lobby had a cute and charming design.
I have to say that the hotel was quite dated and some of the rooms had a strong odor. the breakfast options were limited and did not offer much variety.

The position of the hotels is very close to the heart of the nightlife and to the seaside
On the main door of the hotel there are 4 stars but the room we had was of a max 2 stars hotel : very smal room without air conditioning and the bathroom was very small

The staff were friendly.
The rooms were run down with very shabby old furniture and an extremely small bed for two people. Really needs to be modernised.
